US domestic shipping
3’s a Charm Boutique is dedicated to efficient processing of all orders promptly! We are able to ship anywhere in the United States and are committed to processing all shipped orders within 1 - 5 business days of purchase. We prioritize fast and secure handling of each product to ensure that your needs are met swiftly and with a seamless experience every time!
International shipping
Presently, our company is only able to ship orders within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot provide international shipping at the present-day. As we continue to assess our capabilities, we hope to increase our shopping options in the future. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping Details
Shipping and handling charges on any order are non-refundable. Any refund will be processed for store credit in the amount of originally purchased product(s) and tax (if applicable).
If a product(s) is delivered damaged or there is any issue on our part (incorrect merchandize/color/size), you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide accurate shipping information. Any package(s) that are not delivered due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the purchaser will not be eligible for store credit refunds or exchanges.
3’s a Charm Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Any issues with packages that are marked as delivered, please contact your local postal service which delivered your package to address the packages whereabouts and/or open a claim.
Returns
Return Policy
3’s a Charm Boutique will agree to take products back that were purchased at the online store or at the physical store front booth. For online purchases your refund will be for store credit ONLY, for in-store purchases at the Painted Tree booth location you will be refunded to the original payment method. For in-store purchases the return window is 2-business days and for online purchases the return window is 30-business days from the original delivery date. The products must be in the original state they were received by the purchaser in. Original state may include (but is not limited to) products that are unworn and unwashed, free of any fragrances such as perfumes or smoke, no cosmetic stains, deodorant stains or animal hair. Any shoes that were purchased must have no scuffs, scratches, discoloration, or wearing of the soles, and must be returned in the original box and/or packing.
30-Days to Return
If you purchased your item online, you can start that return through our return email processing, HERE. Please note that all returns must be processed and shipped back within the 30-day return period. If a purchase was made online, the 30-day return date for store credit starts from day of delivery; If the purchase was made in-person, you can return item(s) to the Painted Tree store front booth with your receipt within 2-days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method (see return policy above).
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes the sizing or fit of a product may not work out. If you purchased your item online, you can process an exchange at our return email processing HERE. Once your shipped item has been received, then your exchange item will be shipped; Please allow 1-5 business days for exchanged item to ship. If the purchase was made in-person, you can return to the store front booth with your receipt within 2-days of purchase to exchange for a different size or refund to the original payment method.. Please note that exchanges for different sizing is dependent upon in-stock items.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
Final Sale and/or discounted products cannot be returned.
Intimate or hair items: intimates, bodysuits, hats or headbands cannot be returned.
